Boogie Man serves as the night-time kid-scarer in both Heya Boogie Man and The Union of Sleepy-Tyme Beddy-Bye Folks! A story-book character, Boogie has a wild side, is prone to getting himself in lots of trouble, but generally stays on the good side of things.

| Inspiration (AJ Gonzales): Boogie stayed very similar between HBM and The Union, essentially an out of control puppydog with a heart. The biggest difference in the two versions is that in HBM, Chester was his "straight man" and in The Union, Chester was even more out of control. The credit for most of Boogie's development really has to go to Andy M. |
